No expose' of a wrong-doing is constructive without improvement recommendations. So it is with that conviction that I make the following recommendations to the Criminal Injury Compensation Program, this program being administered by WCB on behalf of the Ministry of the Attorney General of British Columbia.

Criminal Injury Compensation Program

• Acknowledge the harm done by the quackery of Recovered Memory Therapy. 
• Acknowledge your contribution to this harm.
• Attempt to contact all recipients of this harmful procedure advise them they have been scammed and then pay for proper therapy if those persons so request.
• Re-organize the Criminal Injury Compensation Program putting into place procedures which will attempt to prevent this type of fraud from happening again. (Only persons who were not involved in the original situation that allowed such mistakes should conduct this re-organization.)
• Identify the internal personnel who were responsible for allowing the program to provide such harmful procedures and remove them from positions of authority. Prosecute for negligence and irresponsibility where warranted.
• Identify all the "therapists" who practiced this bogus therapy and remove them from the payroll and never employ them again. Prosecute in cases like Therapists Donahue and Oaks were fraud is involved such as concealing the many and bizarre allegations which were being concocted in "therapy" and, could have alerted a fair and functioning Criminal Injury Compensation Program to the absurdity of the total accusations.
• Provide compensation to all those harmed particularly the falsely accused. For it is the falsely accused who are the innocent victims who had no contribution to this travesty.

I am asking for your help.

If you have ever been wronged by a Government organization then you have some idea of how difficult my struggle is. But just imagine the added burden of being falsely accused of something so terrible as being a sex offender. There are no words to describe how awful it is. Then lose your family. Have them believe you are a monster. That should give you some insight into what I have gone through, and have had to deal with.

For the majority of you not effected by this insane ideology, be grateful, it could have happened to your family.

However you have been victimized by this scam because it is your money that has been squandered. Just think of the $60.00 per hour the charlatan "therapists" received. Think about the money each high-priced employee of the Criminal Injury Compensation Program who abdicated the responsibility of adjudicating the validity of the case and instead allowed the very same "therapists", who was about to be paid the $60.00 per-hour, make that determination.

If you are shocked at this destructive abuse of power? If you want to stop this terrible hemorrhaging of your tax money? If you want to help me find justice? Please write about this to any or every Government official. Contact your local radio talk-show host. (I will accommodate any request to appear on any program.)

By whatever means available demand accountability. It was your money and it could have been your family. Don't let these bureaucrats remain to continue, unexposed, unaccountable and undisciplined.

By whatever means available, please help me stop this fraud. Help me to expose and hold accountable the irresponsible individuals employed at the Criminal Injury Compensation Program. Help me to force the Government of British Columbia to contact the individuals harmed by this program and provide help in attempting to reunite the families which were blasted to hell by this scam.
